It boosts your Rogue character’s bow damage significantly and enhances your critical strike chance. However, where it shines the most is the boost it provides to the Falconry, Dive Bomb, and Aerial Assault skills. So, it’s a perfect weapon for your Falconer.
How To Get Talons Of Valor In Last Epoch
You need to defeat Abomination, the final boss of Fall of the Outcasts, to stand a chance to get Talons of Valor in Last Epoch. Beating this boss will afford you an opportunity to get your hands on this supreme bow. However, it does not immediately guarantee the reward.
You will gain Echo rewards to gain a Unique Bow or Quiver, thereby narrowing the number of things that can drop and increasing your chances of getting the Talons of Valor. Furthermore, keep in mind that this weapon is exclusive to the Rogue class and can only be used by Rogue characters with levels more than 30.

To confront Abomination, you will first need to complete Monoliths of Fate in normal mode. Completing The Last Ruin, The Age of Winter, and The Spirits of Fire will unlock the Empowered Monoliths. After which, you can focus on the Fall of the Outcasts map and grind its boss until you get Talons of Valor.
