Blizzard is keeping a close eye on Diablo 4 as last night they released a server-side hotfix to address some gameplay balance issues. While the game is not yet out for general sales, it is accessible to those who have pre-ordered the deluxe and the ultimate editions.
The Diablo 4 patch 1.02 hotfix, which is technically the game’s first post-launch update, has nerfed Sorcerers, Rogues, and Barbarians, and increased enemy health, among other things. The Sorcerer’s flame shield enchantment now undergoes a complete cooldown once it is equipped in an enchantment slot. On the other hand, there’s a four-second delay before another enemy is marked after the Rogue’s Inner Sight unlimited energy expires. Moreover, the increased enemy health change will only affect enemies in higher world tiers.

In other changes, the affix that reduces the cooldown of the Shout skill will no longer be found on items. Although this adjustment does not directly target a particular class, it will have a significant impact on Barbarians who heavily rely on Shout. This alteration, while indirect, is expected to significantly alter the gameplay dynamics of the class.
You can find the official patch notes on Blizzard’s website. Diablo 4 will be out for general sales on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on June 5.
