Annapurna Interactive may just have teased an upcoming trailer for Silent Hill Townfall. The popular video game developer has recently posted a mysterious tweet that merely features Twitter’s privacy and visibility settings for a post. They have posted a screenshot with visibility set to private and no restrictions, potentially teasing a new post soon coming our way— one they are not ready to show us just yet.

With Silent Hill Ascension trailer out, Silent Hill 2 remake for PS5 confirmed, and reports that they are working on the third title of the series, fans have quickly made the connection that a new trailer for the upcoming Silent Hill Townfall may just be on its way.

However, some fans also believe that this may just be their way of teasing the dates for Annapurna Interactive’s 2023 showcase. These developer-specific showcases usually take place prior to or soon after Summer Game Fest. Chances are high that even if we do not get a trailer for Silent Hill Townfall in Summer Game Fest, we will most likely get it during Annapurna’s showcase.
Annapurna and No Code are working on the development of the much-awaited Silent Hill entry, which was first announced by Konami in 2022. After the short teaser announcing the title, all three of these developers have kept radio silence about Townfall. Many are speculating that Summer Game Fest will be when we get to finally have an extended look, with the game rumored to be released in late 2023 or early 2024.
