Rockstar Games has recently raised the GTA+ subscription prices for Xbox and PlayStation. The monthly subscription price has increased from $5.99/€5.99/£4.99 to $7.99/€7.99/£6.99.
The price increase was first noticed and brought to light by Reddit user mercadess550owner. However, the user deleted the post recently.
According to the report by Rockstar Intel, the existing GTA+ members will face this price rise from June 11, 2024. The price hike will affect the current Rockstar titles like Red Dead Redemption, GTA: Chinatown Wars, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition and GTA: Liberty City Stories.
The 33% increase in price has both disappointed and infuriated the fans. Voicing their discontent, a fan directly replied to Rockstar Games’ recent tweet.
