In order to initiate romance with Minthara in Baldur’s Gate 3, you will need to get into her good books by getting high approvals from her. While Rescuing the Druid Halsin, you’ll stumble upon three goblin leaders in the Shattered Sanctum, Minthara being one of them.
Further talking will reveal her plan to attack the Tieflings at Emerald Grove. But as she is clueless about their location, you can take the first step and give her the information about the location to get into her good book. Although betraying the Druids and Tieflings will earn approval from Minthara, it will also result in disapproval from Shadowheart, Gale, Wyll, and Karlach. After siding with Minthara and the goblins, a quest named ‘Raid the Grove’ will trigger, which will lead to recruiting Minthra as a Companion in Baldur’s Gate 3.
According to the plan, go to the entrance of the Druid Grove and convince Zevlor about being on their side. In the meantime, get ready to give Minthara a telepathic signal to raid the Grove with her goblin army. - Wyll and Karlach will leave your party.
