How to enable co-op play in Remnant 2

To activate remnant 2 co-op, you must complete the tutorial and the main scenario. After activating the World Stone in Ward 13, which is your home base, you can invite up to two friends to join your co-op session. Afterwards, a menu will display the worlds you can explore with the options ‘World Settings’ and ‘Join Game’.

Inviting friends to your co-op session

To invite your friends into your game world, head to the ‘System’ tab in the main menu and click on ‘Friends’. Here, you can personally invite your friends to join your co-op session. Just above that option, you’ll find ‘Game Session’, where you can choose between ‘Public’, ‘Friends Only’, and ‘Offline’ settings. This allows you to control who can join your session, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable co-op experience.

The ‘Join Game’ option grants you access to a randomly assigne­d coop game alongside­ fellow players. Howeve­r, it does not offer direct me­ans of communication with your friends. As the host, you will receive­ notification when someone joins your game­ and, if necessary, they can revive­ you near the Che­ckpoint Stone.
