Ever since the erstwhile PlayStation exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn made its way to PC in August 2020, the company has kept the gravy train chugging along with tasty ports. PC gamers have been able to enjoy more titles from PlayStation’s treasure troves of hits, including God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, to name a few.
Aside from not having to buy a PlayStation console, playing these games on PC also comes with several advantages. Uncapped framerate, ultrawide resolution support, higher levels of antialiasing, and of course, plenty of hilarious modding potential are among the added bonuses of experiencing these titles on your desktop computer or gaming laptop.
That said, a good number of excellent exclusives still remain locked behind Sony’s exclusive store glass window, leaving PC gamers with no choice but to keep staring at them longingly from the sidewalk. With that in mind, we list five such games that they’d love to get their hands on, and soon!
Make my day by porting these 5 PlayStation exclusives to PC, Sony
1) Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
Sony launched the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection on PC in October 2022, which includes Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: Among Thieves. But there is no official word on whether The Nathan Drake Collection, which collects the first three games in the action-adventure series, will ever make its way to PC.
It’s only fair that PC gamers get to experience Nathan Drake’s story from the beginning, especially since Uncharted 2 is widely considered the best game of the franchise.
The reasons behind it not happening could well be technical. Uncharted 2 was released for the PS3, whose Cell processor made it notoriously difficult to code games for, and that could be one of the obstacles in the way of a stable PC port.
Whatever the case, PC gamers who enjoyed the fourth game, or even those wanting to play all four in order, will very much appreciate having Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection ported to their favorite platform sooner rather than later.
2) Gran Turismo 7
Despite some shady microtransactions, the latest installment in Sony’s long-running Gran Turismo racing series has been a massive hit among gearheads and casuals alike. While it leans more toward being a simulation than an arcade racer like say, the Need for Speed series, plenty of accessibility options means even your grandma could have a blast ripping around Deep Forest Raceway in her tricked-out Mitsubishi.
Gran Turismo 7 is a car enthusiasts’ dream, with detailed vehicles that offer endless customizability on a level not seen before in the franchise, along with photorealistic graphics and new features like the GT Cafe hub and Music Rally. The game also features robust online multiplayer, with easy-to-join performance-balanced races that go off at frequent intervals.

Given that PC users are already familiar with similar titles like iRacing and rFactor, Gran Turismo 7 would surely be a massive success on the platform.
3) God of War: Ragnarok
Most PC gamers I know have already finished 2017’s God of War and cannot wait to try the sequel, God of War: Ragnarok. However, while the former was ported to PC in January 2022, there’s no word on whether the latter, released in November 2022, will be gracing the platform as well, and remains a PlayStation exclusive as of this writing.
The series went in a different direction with God of War, featuring an older, more mature Kratos and his young son Atreus as they set about their quest, which we won’t spoil here. While the violent combat the action-adventure series is renowned for is still very much present, it is now tempered by relatable father-son moments, some lighthearted, others tinged with poignancy.
It’s only fair that PC players who tasted the brilliance of the first game get to complete the story on their chosen platform soon.
4) Bloodborne
The soulsborne genre is unique in that there’s no such thing as a difficulty level. These action-RPG games are extremely unforgiving by default, but feature very detailed and enjoyable combat mechanics that, when mastered, provide immense joy at beating them.
Such is the case with FromSoftware’s Bloodborne, released exclusively on the PS4 in 2015. Aside from its challenging-but-rewarding combat, the game has highly immersive and detailed environments featuring dark Lovecraftian themes and unique weapons and tricks that allow players to indulge in a degree of experimentation.
However, the game has been dormant on the technical side. Even today, PlayStation 5 owners can only run it at a paltry 30 FPS (frames-per-second), which is hardly conducive to its fast-paced gameplay, and there’s no word on a PC port either.
Should it be launched on PC, not only would a whole new playerbase get to experience the fabled title, but they would be able to do so with all aforementioned benefits of the platform.
5) Ghost of Tsushima
As with most Sony exclusives, Ghost of Tsushima is yet another action-adventure title. Set during the Mongol invasion of Japan, you control a samurai warrior to protect the titular island of Tsushima.
While the game’s melee-combat is not on par with Bloodborne — nor as difficult — it is fun and challenging all the same, with a healthy emphasis on timing and rhythm. You meet some very memorable characters along the way as you traverse the gorgeous locations in the game.

Ah yes, the locations. Very rarely have I seen landscapes so richly detailed, and to imagine how it would look on a top-of-the-line PC only further intensifies the desire to see this game get ported over soon.
