Lies of P, the highly anticipated action souls-like game, has captivated players worldwide with its dark and twisted take on the traditional Pinocchio story. In Lies of P, players take on the role of Pinocchio, a mechanical doll on a trip to find his creator, Geppetto. Lies of P will launch on September 19, 2023, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch.
Lies of P demo
Lies of P now has a demo available for download on PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as on PC. The Lies of P demo lets players go through roughly the first two hours of the game. It acts as a good vertical slice of the whole game with a few areas, bosses, and side-quests. And if you decide to buy the game afterwards, your progression in the demo carries over to the full game. Moreover, staying true to the puppet theme, Lies of P employs a lie mechanic through its dialogue system, which is expected to have significant gameplay implications.
Timing, stamina management, and studying enemy attack patterns are all important aspects of Lies of P’s combat. To defeat enemies, players will use a variety of melee weapons and firearms, and as the mechanical doll grows more human, additional fighting abilities will become available.
