Medicine Pocket Backstory
According to the Reverse 1999 Wiki, Medicine Pocket can be described as a talented biological researcher who likes destruction and is often found conducting experiments and having fun.
Since Medicine Pocket has a beast afflatus, it is considered that they are a non-human race, particularly a dog breed. They were picked up from their kennel in a white University of Utah van and several clinical trials were conducted on them for a revolutionary new medicine.
It is assumed that they are obsessed with scientific experiments and making stuff for their enjoyment since they did not get to enjoy their childhood due to this tragic past.
What Is Medicine Pocket’s Gender In Reverse 1999?
Medicine Pocket is considered to be a non-binary character in Reverse 1999 and uses they/them for pronouns.
Other than that, there is not much back story about Medicine Pocket revealed yet in the game. Maybe we can hope to get more information or storyline in the future.
Medicine Pocket Skills In Reverse 1999
Medicine Pocket has several skills in Reverse 1999 that include:
Skill Name | Description |
26 Secondary Reactions | Attacks 1 target with 450% mental damage and inflicts Daze for one round, making them stunned. |
Inherent Habit | This debuff targets one enemy and deals up to 450% damage with Insight 3. |
Alchemy Ware | The third stage of this skill gives mass healing with HP+ (Caster’s ATK x200%) and gives 1 Sturdiness stack for all team members. |

Medicine Pocket Psychubes
Psychubes are essentially weapons for characters that use their ultimate more often. They are similar to light cones from Honkai Star Rail. You can get low-rarity psychubes by just playing the game or buying them from the shop.
Medicine Pocket has a total of three different psychubes that help them in battle. They are:
- That Inquisitive Dear – This psychube gives the carrier a basic Incantation debuff and heals all party members. Other than that, That Inquisitive Dear gives 360 ATK, 2600 HP, and many more stats when leveled up to 60 in the game.
- Decode – Decode reduces damage taken by 20% when the carrier is attacked by an ultimate. It also gives 300 ATK when leveled up to 60.
- Laughter and Laughter – This 5-star psychube can be amplified up to level 5 to healing +3% for the carrier which stacks 8 times. Laughter and Laughter gives 280 ATK and 2200 HP on level 60.
Medicine Pocket Inheritance
Medicine Pocket has an Inheritance ability known as Bell of the Forest which is basically another healing spell. It gives HP to all allies after they have cast their ultimate. But this inheritance needs some materials for every Insight level it achieves. To get it to Insight III, you need:
- x200000 Sharpodonty
- x16 Tome of Beastly Thirst
- x5 Bogeyman
- x3 Golden Fleece
Once you have all the materials, you can get the effects of Bell of the Forest where healing increases by 10% if Medicine Pocket’s HP is below 50%.
