Like all other Old Earth weapons, this Pistol too can be stolen from the ECS Constant’s armory when you visit the Porrima system.
You might have to purchase ammo separately for each of these Starfield Old Earth weapons, and some of them might even come with modifiers already attached. If not, modifiers can be purchased from gun shops as well. Looting the guns highers the chances of them spawning with modifiers although their quality might not be up to par.
If you cannot purchase the Old Earth weapons from certain shops, you can either wait or sleep for 48 hours till the shop’s stock refreshes. You can also use console commands to do this trick easily.
