Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has its next update scheduled for March 7, which will bring New Game Plus mode among other player-requested features. Insomniac Games announced the upcoming title update via Twitter.
Other than the highly requested NG+ feature, the upcoming Spider-Man 2 update will also bring new suits and “more”. Now, Insomniac has promised that they will unveil the complete list of features in their social media closer to the update’s release.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 came out on October 20, 2023, as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. The title became an instant hit selling 2.5 million units within the first day of its release, which made it the fastest-selling first-party PS title.
Insomniac Games was the victim of a devastating ransomware attack in December 2023 which leaked sensitive personal information of the developers along with the studio’s upcoming projects and confidential financial information. The whole video game industry banded together to show support to the developers at Insomniac.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is out on PS5.
