Best Ship Modules To Unlock In Helldivers 2
Ship Modules are divided into categories like Bridge, Orbital Cannons, Hangar, etc. Each category will have three modules that need to be unlocked in the order they are listed. You can’t directly unlock the third module without buying the first two.

The Expanded Weapons Bay is the first ship module that I saved up my Super Samples for, and you should too. This is the third module in the Hangar category and adds an extra use to all Eagle stratagems per rearm.
This is absolutely game-changing for some of the more powerful Eagle stratagems like the Eagle 500kg Bomb, which will now be usable twice back-to-back with this module.

While the name would suggest something else, this is one of the best ship modules in Helldivers 2 if you are a fan of using turrets. This module will increase the ammo in all Sentry stratagems by a whopping 50%, which directly means your turrets will last longer and kill more enemies.

You might have the ammo upgrade for the turrets but it’s no good if the enemies quickly rush and destroy it. The Advanced Construction ship module prevents just that by giving you Sentry stratagems a 50% increase in health. This paired with Shock Absorption Gel creates some devastating sentries in your arsenal.

Another crucial Hangar module, the Pit Crew Hazard Pay will decrease your Eagle Rearm time by 20%. Even if this does not sound like a big benefit, consider the fact that in higher difficulties you can get operation modifiers that increase Stratagem cooldown. So, when the Stratagem cooldown is that high, shaving 20% off that saves you a LOT of time.

Orbitals and Eagles are a Helldiver’s go-to for destroying structures and enemies. This module will reduce your Orbital stratagem cooldown by 10%. Again, if this seems negligible, you should know that cooldowns on Orbitals are very small. Something like a 50% reduction would make them extremely overpowered.
