Coral Island represents the beauty of nature through various festivals featured in all four seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Starting your farming adventures in Spring, the first festival you can enjoy is called the Cherry Blossom Festival in the game.
The Cherry Blossom Festival, which you can access on the 10th day of Spring, includes minigames and a shop to buy themed decorations. But, before you indulge yourself in the festivities, you need to arrive at the premises. Where Is The Cherry Blossom Festival In Coral Island?
The Cherry Blossom Festival is held on Day 10 of Spring in Coral Island from 9:00 to 14:00 and is located in Alun-Alun Square. You will receive a letter from the Mayor reminding you of the festival one day before and can find yet another reminder if you look at the calendar next to the General Store in Starlet Town.
The Alun-Alun square is all the way to the right of the map just below the temple where you offer your produce to the Goddess. Keep in mind, that you need to bring a food item to donate for the Hotpot and also have some coins saved up to purchase limited-time decorations.
Cherry Blossom Festival Activities
The Cherry Blossom Festival has a total of three different activities you can participate in. If you’re confused about where they might be in the festival, simply press P and bring up the pamphlet marking their locations. The activities are:
- Balap Karung
- Hotpot
- Item Shop
Balap Karung
Balap Karung is the Burlap sack minigame race which you can participate in to win a prize. In this race, you need to click the spacebar at the right time to jump ahead and also keep an eye out for stamina. If you run out of stamina or press space at the wrong time, your character ends up falling over and has to lose precious seconds in the race.
The prizes you can get in Balap Karung are:
- 1st place: 1000x Coral coins, 100x Merit points, and 5x Candied tree seeds
- 2nd place: 500x Coral coins and 5x Candied tree seeds
- 3rd place: 250x Coral coins and 5x Candied tree seeds
- 4th place: 50x Coral coins and 3x Candied tree seeds
- 5th place: 1x Candied tree seed

You can practice the race before participating and master the technique to win first place. After you’re done with Balap Kurung, let’s take a look at the Hotpot activity.
Hotpot
The Hotpot stand is where you are required to donate a food item of your choice to make the town potluck even more delicious. Once you are done donating, you can start the festival and let Judge Ross taste test before ending the Cherry Blossom Festival.
Depending on her reaction, Judge Ross will either Love, Like, Dislike, or Hate the ingredient you have put into the potluck. There’s also a chance for her to be neutral about your ingredients. So, we have prepared a list for you to check before donating an item.

Since it is impossible to get Osmium quality items on your first playthrough within 10 days, aim for ingredients that you can get within those days and in silver or gold quality. If you have enough money saved up, you can also buy some ingredients in shops around Starlet Town and get Judge Ross’s approval for the potluck.
Item Shop
Item Shop is where you will be able to get Cherry Blossom-themed decoration items to decorate your house in Coral Island. Save up some coins to buy your desired decoration and place it down inside your home to make it fancier.
Some festivals will even offer special themed scarecrows that can act as both collectibles and scare away pesky crows pecking at your farm crops.
