The Holy City of Aratum in Doom The Dark Ages, hides 2 secret landing zones amidst the chaos. These landing zones can be uncovered with a bit of clever exploration. Some hidden loot can also be discovered once you make your landing in these zones. So, whether you’re trying to 100% the game, or just looking to uncover hidden areas, this guide will show you how to unlock the 2 secret landing zones in the Holy City!
1st Landing Zone
During the objective to ‘Destroy 0/4 Hell Carriers’, you will be spawned in a big open area. Move towards the left, along the edge of the city and you’ll find a Titan on top of a building. Once you kill it you can land on the building and you will have unlocked the first secret landing zones!
Note that, once you destroy the tree after you land here, you can kill all the demons to trigger the spawn of their leader. Once you defeat the leader Pinky Rider, you can unlock the Demonic Essence! This will increase your maximum health, helping you last longer during fights.
You can also go under this area to get some pretty neat collectibles like a Secret and some gold!
2nd Landing Zone
This secret location is under the centre of the map. Fly towards the centre, and descend until you see an arena with 2 pillars harbouring Titans on each of these pillars. Kill both of these titans to access the 2nd secret landing zone!
Once you drop down, you’ll also find a Cultist Circle in the lower level. After destroying the circle you can find some gold scattered around the area. Then, follow the walkway to enter the building and get a Pulverizer weapon skin.
