- Level 2 upgrade: Ten Wood Planks
- Lumber Mill – Eight Wood and 15 Granite
- Wooden Rods – One Wood
Use the Lumber Mill to make the five planks, then use those on the Crafting Bench to make the Shortsword. Since you don’t start with an axe, you can just use the pieces of wood lying on the ground. The same goes for granite.
