Throughout Core Keeper gameplay, the player gets the liberty to summon Monsters through farming. Later, these monsters can be used for your benefit and help you devise versatile combat strategies. Currently, Core Keeper offers two basic ways of farming monsters:
- Hunting the Monsters in their Biome
- Placing Monsters-spawning floor tiles in your base

How To Build A Monster Farm in Core Keeper
If you wish to farm monsters in your base in Core Keeper, follow these steps:
- The key requirement for building a Monster Farm in Core Keeper is acquiring special floor tiles, that will help Monsters to spawn on them.
- Look for a vacant area in your base.
- Now, place the Monster tiles within an enclosed area and dig out the ground around it. You can also build a wall around the Monster tiles, so that the monsters do not run all around.
- You can choose to place different monster floor tiles in a single space or place it in separate areas in your base.
- Wait for the farming time and collect the monsters as they spawn.
Note: The only additional condition for successfully farming monsters is for you not to be on the same screen while the monsters are spawning.
Alternatively, you can also hunt down monsters in their natural habitat in specific biomes in Core Keeper, you can achieve this by building traps to catch the monsters.
