While Uhkeiros is a tough boss, it offers unique drops including Dragonflame Edict, Horns of Uhkeiros, Symbol of Demise, and of course the Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros.
To increase the drop rate of the Twisted Heart of Ukheriros, it is a smart idea to farm it on Empowered Monoliths (if you don’t mind the difficulty). The chances of dropping this rare item also increase by using Corruption.
