If you thought Remnant 2 was difficult on the regular set of difficulties, you might want to know about the Hardcore Mode. What makes it so brutally difficult is that you will have to restart entirely from the start if you die even once. This permadeath mode comes with its own rewards that cannot be obtained otherwise.

Remnant 2 Hardcore Mode Rewards
Throughout the Hardcore Mode playthrough, you will unlock various rewards like weapons, amulets, and rings at each major point in the playthrough (when you defeat the main bosses of each world).
Eventually, beating the whole game on Hardcore also rewards you. There is also a separate reward for beating the game on Hardcore with the difficulty set on Veteran and above. All other rewards can be obtained on the Survivor difficulty, which is the easiest difficulty in the game.
Here are all the Hardcore Mode rewards you can get in Remnant 2, including the requirements for each of them:

The Savior Long Gun is by far the rarest and hardest-to-obtain item and it’s highly worth it as it’s also one of the most powerful long guns in the game. Rings like the Provisioner Ring can make your character very powerful by allowing your stowed weapons to reload automatically. This, if played right, can eliminate the need to reload your weapons.
The amulet for beating the game on Hardcore called the Daredevil’s Charm is best used for a glass cannon-type build as it makes you more powerful the less armor you have equipped. It opens up some fun playstyles for your next playthrough.
