Reverse 1999 has recently released version 1.3 of the game and introduced characters like Shamane and Kaalaa Baunaa. This has only made the upcoming version 1.4 look even more promising with characters and events worth waiting for.

Reverse 1999 1.4 Release Date
Reverse 1999 version 1.4 is set to be released on February 29, 2024, and the events will go on till April 18, 2024. Players will be able to access exclusive banners during this update, all relating to the version 1.4 theme.
Ancient Greece is the theme for 1.4 where time-travelers will get to explore the history and surround themselves in the Greek culture while also participating in the stories of that timeline. This update will also include the main storyline “Prisoner in the Cave.”
Reverse 1999 1.4 New Characters
Reverse 1999 version 1.4 will introduce two new characters to the game: 37 and 6.
37 is a 6-star character with Star elemental powers. Her skills have the power to do Genesis DMG and AoE damage to enemies, making her an excellent teammate for your battling roster.
6 is also another 6-star character who belongs to the Intellect afflatus. He has skills for AoE and Mental DMG and can be a good support for your team.
Reverse 1999 1.4 Banners
The 1.4 event banners will include the ones focusing on 37 and 6 along with other 5-star characters in the mix. 37 and 6 will also have their individual and connected events and storylines in the 1.4 update.
Other banners will include a skin called Antinomies specially designed for La Source. You will also find Sweetheart’s skin in the Battlepass titled as “The Preaching of Venus.”

Reverse 1999 1.4 New Features
The new features included in the upcoming Reverse 1999 1.4 update include:
- Mystery Box Carnival
- Achievements and Medal systems
- Anecdote Game Mode with characters like Charlie and Oliver Fog
- Exploration and puzzle game mode focusing on Vertin
- The Voyage game mode focuses on Boss battles
- Roar Jukebox level cap
- New Insight materials and new stages.
These new game modes and events will probably give you tons of clear drops which you can use to summon your favorite character in the game.
