Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC is going to release soon, and Bandai Namco has confirmed the addition of Gohan in his “Beast” mode as a playable character.
The second Hero of Justice DLC pack, which is DLC 16, will release on May 11, 2023. Both the “Beast” version of Gohan and Orange Piccolo, characters from the 2022 film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, are included in this DLC. Alongside these two characters, the third featured playable character is Piccolo (Power Awakening).
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s Hero of Justice Pack 2 includes:
- Gohan (Beast) Orange Piccolo
- Piccolo (Power Awakening)
- Four additional Quests
- Two extra missions
- One stage
- Five costumes and accessories, which include Wig for Gohan (Beast)
- Seven skills
- Five Super Souls
- Fifteen new loading screen illustrations
The new items and characters were announced on May 9 in the launch trailer of Hero of Justice Pack 2.
Beast Gohan might be one of the strongest characters to be included in the game. Fans were already anticipating the addition of Beast Gohan because Bandai released Beast Mode transformation for created characters in an update earlier this year. In the DLC, the developer has also announced a new scene based on the movie.
The game was released for major platforms in the year 2016 and 2017 and launched for Stadia in the year 2019. Recently, Bandai Namco announced that the game has surpassed 10 million units shipped worldwide and through digital sales.
