SaGa Emerald Beyond, a brand-new entry in Square Enix’s SaGa series is set to release worldwide on April 25, 2024.
The announcement came during the SaGa Glimmer Fest organized by Square Enix, alongside other exciting projects Square Enix has in store for their fans in 2024.
The new installment in Square Enix’s fantasy ARPG series will feature over 17 explorable worlds. Players will be able to navigate these worlds in any order they like. Each of these worlds will display a unique race of inhabitants, with players able to explore various cultures and landscape.
The worlds are diverse in nature, with some worlds housing sky high towers and dense cityscapes. Other worlds include ones that take players straight to the medieval times, with lush green forests and witches ruling the lands.
The developer Square Enix has released a couple of character specific trailers for the upcoming game.
SaGa Emerald Beyond is set to feature some of the most beloved elements from the previous titles in the series. Players will be able to use various dramatic combos and glimmer or tech sparking in battles. They can also engage and converse with a massive lineup of characters belonging to different castes and races.
SaGa Emerald Beyond will be available to fans on Mobile (both iOS and Android), PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, and PS5 & PS4.
