Palworld gives you the decision to make moral or immoral choices, including the choice of capturing a living human in your Pal Sphere. You can capture these human NPCs, feed them, pet them, and even send them out to fight your battles like any other Pal creature.
How Do I Catch Human NPCs In Palworld?
All the human NPCs including the Standard Guard, Black Marketeer, Merchants, and the Syndicate Thugs can be captured using a Pal Sphere in Palworld.
To capture a human in Palworld, head to any nearby Town and simply engage one of the humans in a fight to reduce their health low enough to throw a Pal Sphere. You have a higher chance of capturing a Black Marketeer than the guards, so make sure to not waste many Pal Spheres on them.

If you end up capturing a human, the game will also warn you about your inhumane ways with a message that states:
“A captured human. On Palpargos Island capturing humans in Palspheres is considered inhumane.”
You can call out your freshly captured human and instruct them to help out on your base, feed them to recover health, and even take them to battle other Pals. But I would suggest not using your “Human Pals” in fights as they are quite weak and will not be able to fight off most Pals in Palworld.
Tip: Capturing merchants can be helpful as interacting with them gives you the ability to buy and sell items directly from your base instead of traveling to and from the Town.
