Andreas of Ebb could possibly be an actual Lord of the Fallen (at least based on lore) following the work that his ancestors started. Andreas starts out as a Gallant knight when you first meet him and his fascination for you turns into a real unhealthy obsession. So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that after defeating the Lightreaper for the second time, this once honorable lord has now turned against you and is ready to kill you for the lamp.
Unlike the other NPC companion turned rogue Iron Wayfarer, Andreas of Ebb is quite hasty in his quest to acquire the lamp and plunge Axiom into further darkness. Andreas is an optional boss in Lords of the Fallen and his boss fight can be pursued at any time in the playthrough after your second encounter with the Lightreaper.
You can even avoid the fight altogether till the end game and then travel back to his area to finish the fight before starting New Game+. Regardless of your choice of sequence, here is a guide to help you through this somewhat obscure boss fight with Andreas of Ebb in Lords of the Fallen.

Location Of The Andreas of Ebb Boss Fight In Lords Of The Fallen
Andreas’ betrayal is not clearly shown in the game. His boss fight encounter is scripted to occur after you have defeated the Light Reaper for the second time at Upper Calrath preferably with his assist. If you do summon Andreas before the boss fight, he will help you defeat the reaper and retreat to an undisclosed location.
He can be encountered as a boss as you exit the arena and head to the area towards Bramis Castle. He can be found waiting near a gate that leads to the next area.
How To Defeat Andreas Of Ebb In Lords Of The Fallen
This boss fight is a fairly easy one. Andreas’s attacks are as easy and simple as any normal enemy in Lords of the Fallen. His weaponry is also quite rudimentary. He is known to cause distraction and manipulate the already small battle arena by using smokescreen. You can just watch out for his distractions and stay away from his telegraphed strikes.
Any weapon you have in hand at this point can make short work of Andreas of Ebb. He is also prone to Poison and Fire damage. Striking continuously while blocking out his attacks will end the fight fairly soon.
