Like any Soulslike game, Lords of The Fallen provides you ways to reset your stat points to set up a new build from the ground up. Though it comes at the cost of Vigor, the good news is that you definitely can respec in Lords of the Fallen.
Now your encounter with the first main boss Pieta early on will set you on a path to unlocking the respec option. But the actual option will open up at a much later stage in the game. So, with this Lord of the Fallen respec guide, let us take a look at how to access the respec option.
What Do You Need To Respec In Lords Of The Fallen?
The respec option in Lords of the Fallen is tied to a rare consumable called Rebirth Chrysalis. However, this rare item is quite hard to get your hands on in the game if you are looking to come across some of them. Initially, there are four of them available among which two of them can be bought and two can be found as loot.
Now, if you do tend to get them, you need to head to the Skyrest Bridge and talk to Pieta. Once you do that, you will be able to access the Reset Build option during your dialogue with her which was initially unavailable during your first encounter with her. You can now change your build as you want. However, getting here is only possible with the help of those Rebirth Chrysalis, and here is how you can find them.
How to Get Rebirth Chrysalis
As there are only 4 Rebirth Chrysalis available initially, here is how you can get your hands on them to unlock the respec option in Lords of the Fallen:
- Starting with the loot first, you can head to the Fief of the Chill Curse location to get your hands on a Rebirth Chrysalis.
- Another one can be found in the Tower of Penance location.
- Now coming to the buying option, you can head to the Skyrest Bridge and buy a Rebirth Chrysalis from Molhu which will cost you 8500 Vigor.
- The second purchase option can be accessed at the Revelation Depths area where you can buy the Rebirth Chrysalis from Winterberry.
- You can also access an infinite amount of Rebirth Chrysalis in the Umbral Shrine at the Skyrest Bridge, costing 250 plucked eyeballs for each one. However, you will have to wait until the Umbral Shrine levels up to tier 2 for that to unlock.
With this, you now have the option to unlock the respec option and reset your build as you see fit. Now, if you found this guide helpful, don’t forget to check out our guide on the Lords of the Fallen Hallowed Knight build.
