Although quite useful, the companions in your Starfield journey generally have high moral and ethical values. They would probably get mad for turning your moral compass in the wrong direction and hurting innocent people or stealing from them. This might make you wonder if there is even any Starfield evil companion who wouldn’t judge every action of yours.
There are certain companions that would turn a blind eye to all your pirating shenanigans while out adventuring and even support your ideas of violence. Here is everything you need to know about these evil companions in Starfield.
Starfield Evil Companions: Where & How to Meet Them?
Adoring Fan

- Location – Around New Atlantis
Having “Hero Worshipped” as one of the three traits during character creation guarantees your meeting with this adoring fan. He will find you during your New Atlantis missions and shower you with praises. You can ask him to be a companion and take him whenever you are down for some evil deeds.
You don’t have to worry about being morally correct in front of this guy because he will praise you just the same, even after you have plundered thousands of enemy ships and finished off innocent civilians. Just one warning, he loves to chat anytime and every time he gets the chance.
Mathis

- Location – Crimson Fleet on The Key, Kryx Star System
Mathis will only be available to recruit as a companion after you have completed the Crimson Fleet missions and decided to side with him during the “Echoes of the Past” quest. His Tier 1 Ballistics and Tier 2 Incapacitation skills will always come in handy if you’re planning to be a space pirate around the Kryx Star Systems.
Remember, you do need to side with Mathis during Echoes of the Past. Otherwise, he might get kicked out of the Crimson Fleet and decide to seek revenge later in the game.
Vasco

- Location – The Lodge, New Atlantis
Vasco will be your protective robot companion after the “One Small Step” main story mission in the game. He can be recruited from The Lodge, the headquarters of the Constellation. Being a robot, he will hardly judge you for your evil ways and focus mainly on keeping you safe and secure from the bad guys.
Vasco also has a Tier 2 Shield System perfect for tanking powerful enemy attacks. He is equipped with lasers and has a Tier 1 EM Weapon Systems perk.
Jessamine

- Location – Crimson Fleet on The Key, Kryx Star System
Jessamine is a recruitable companion from the Crimson Fleet who will likely be around the Last Nova looking for work. She is a very pirate-friendly companion but will ask for a hefty sum during recruitment. You can use your persuasion skills to lower her prices from 18,000 Credits to 9000 Credits.
Jessamine will be quite useful during enemy ship raids for her Tier 1 Theft, Tier 2 Ballistics, and Tier 1 Concealment perks. She will also disregard the morality of your choices, especially the ones that involve a little blood bath.
Apart from the four above choices, if you are looking for an evil-aligned companion whom you can romance, Andreja can also be a contender for your Starfield evil companion. She comes with Tier 1 Theft perk but do keep in mind as much as she loves lock-picking loot boxes, she will not stand by and watch you plunder and murder. So, you might want to rethink your decision to put her in your crew of conniving companions.
If you are just starting your space pirate journey and want some help along the way, here is a guide for attacking enemy ship engines and looting them.
