Recently, Bandai Namco inadvertently released a trailer that revealed the return of a much-anticipated Tekken character, Bryan Fury, in Tekken 8.
The company quickly realized its mistake and took the video down. However, the trailer caught attention of many series fans and has been circulating on the internet. It was anticipated that this reveal will come during the Combo Breaker 2023, an annual video game tournament series and convention. There have been several leaks regarding Tekken 8 in the past few months, however, this is proving to be the most promising one.
While Bandai Namco is still to make an announcement for the release of Tekken 8, insiders speculate that the title will drop in late 2023 or early 2024.
Tekken 8: Bryan Fury trailer shows off his moves
The video serves as the announcement trailer for Bryan Fury in Tekken 8 and shows off his intro, character design, and fighting moves in an all-Tekken energetic fashion. We also see him battling two different enemies.
While some fans are overjoyed by confirmation that Bryan will be returning to Tekken, others are disappointed due to the character’s design. Bryan is a master kickboxer and well-known for his powerful shield/guard breaker attacks. This time around, it looks like the common consensus amongst fans was to see him return as an inhumane behemoth. However, the leak displays very similar character design, expect for some additional detailing, such as a design of skull on his jeans.
