The glowing blue-purple orbs in Once Human act as the gateway to unlock a nearby mystical crate. Right after you grab the orb, a mystical crate will appear right in front of you. Sometimes, grabbing these orbs leads you to more orbs, carving a special path towards a location / crate.
While these orbs are more likely to be found on rooftops and narrow spaces (where mystical crates are more likely to be found), they spawn randomly. As for now, we do not know if these glowing orbs serve any other purpose in the game.
