Despite having dozens of guns, Remnant 2 wouldn’t be as fun as it is without the melee weapons. Players love the more flashy and powerful melee that makes you feel like a god, and the Harvester Scythe in Remnant 2 The Dark Horizon DLC satisfies this exact fantasy. Here is how you can get the Harvester Scythe in your hands and start reaping your enemies.

How To Find The Harvester Scythe In Remnant 2 The Dark Horizon
The Harvester Scythe is the default melee weapon of the Warden Archetype when starting a new character as that Archetype. However, you can also get it for your existing characters without unlocking or playing the Warden Archetype as a new character.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to reach the location where you can find the Harvester Scythe in Remnant 2 The Dark Horizon:
- Progress through the DLC until you unlock the Anterior Recess fast travel point, this is very early in the DLC.
- From there head out and stick to the left wall as you move forward.
- You will need to fight some enemies here, after that you need to look for a glider spawn point that is beyond the alien crop field on the edge of the cliff as shown in the map above.
- Once you take the glider, you want to head down towards the right side of the same plateau you took off from.
- You will find a cave opening below with pillars inside this cave that have small red lights on them, if you see these pillars you are going in the right direction.
- Head toward the gush of wind to keep yourself afloat and head inside the cave until you come across a surface where you can safely land.
- This area will have a boss that you will need to defeat to progress.
- After defeating the boss, head deeper into the cave where you will find a room and a corpse holding the Harvester Scythe.
- Interact with this and you will now have the Harvester Scythe in Remnant 2: The Dark Horizon.
