How To Get The Crystal Staff In Remnant 2 Forgotten Kingdom DLC

To get the Crystal Staff in Remnant 2, you must destroy the Root Nexu blockades in the Infested Abyss and then drop down to a lower level to claim the staff. This isn’t as easy as it sounds and the whole quest has several steps. Let us take a look at them in detail.

• To get to the Infested Abyss, you must jump through a waterfall and go further to access the Ancient Abyss area. The waterfall can be found on the right side of the path that leads to Walt, who is an NPC.

Note: Before you venture into the Infested Abyss, ensure that you are carrying healing items so that your HP isn’t trickled down by the toxic fog.

Now, the staff is at the bottom of the Abyss. You will arrive at the required spot when you reach halfway through the zone. You will need to jump down a spiral hole made from roots. Once you’re done descending, your HP will start reducing due to the fog.

To clear this fog, you will need to destroy three Root Nexus blockades. They have a decent amount of HP and ensure that you are diligent in clearing out the enemies that spawn while you are damaging them.

Keep popping healing items and you will be fine. Once you finish destroying them, jump down to the bottom of the Infested Abyss where you will find the Staff inside a sarcophagus with a mummy holding onto it for safekeeping.

Crystal Staff Stats In Remnant 2 Forgotten Kingdom DLC

The Crystal Staff is a melee weapon and it does +95% damage to Weakspots. It also has a 3% Stagger Modifier and a 5% Critical Hit Chance. The Crystal Staff also has a base damage of 58 and if you charge it up, it sends out 10 lightning balls at enemies turning it into an additional ranged weapon should you require it.
