Mafia: The Old Country is all about living the life of crime, and traveling around to either meet with people or pick up on a mission is essential. However, regardless of where you are traveling, the game encourages you to do that in style, with some awesome vintage cars lined up for you.
As it happens, in the early 1900s, Sicily had vehicles that you could use for traveling in the city or racing down roads to catch your enemies. The faster a car was, the more advantage you had, and in Mafia: The Old Country, there are a few vehicles that can perform exceptionally well. Among them, one can be obtained very easily, while the others will require some work before you can get them.
Mafia: The Old Country – Best Cars You Can Obtain

Ignoring the issues the game has with Denuvo, there are essentially three cars that can be considered the Best Cars in Mafia: The Old Country: Garzia Tumulto, Trautenberg 3600TF, and Carozella Mark 2. They have the best Acceleration, Braking, and Grip stats, making them useful in both racing and city driving; and most importantly, make you look good doing all the driving.
Among these, the Garzia Tumulto is the easiest to get, since you can get access to it right at the beginning of the game. However, the other two vehicles can also be obtained a little later as you progress through the main story of the game.
Garzia Tumulto

This vehicle comes with level 5 Acceleration, Grip, and Braking, which is the highest you can get in the game. It can reach a maximum of 180 kmph (110 mph), 140 kW of Power, and it weighs about 990 kg. If a car ever existed in a game with perfect stats, the Garzio Tumulto would be at the very top of it.
Getting access to this car is also very easy as all you need to do is link your 2K account to the game. You can link it anytime you want, and you’ll have access to the car right at the very beginning. In fact, you don’t even have to spend any currency to get it, which makes it accessible.
Trautenberg 3600F

This vehicle is as strong as the Garzia Tumulto, as it comes with level 4 Acceleration, Level 5 Braking, and Level 5 Grip. This means it will lose out a bit on the speed front, but will easily make up for it with its control, making it one of the best cars for racing.
The Trautenberg 3600F also comes with a 176 kmph (109 mph) top speed, 85 kW of Power, and weighs 990 kg. You can get this Car from Pasquale’s Store for 2000 Dinari. You can find the store while exploring the world a bit, though it shouldn’t be too hard since the game is fairly linear.
Carozella Mark 2

This car is not much different from the Trautenberg 3600F, as it boasts level 4 Acceleration and Braking. It still features level 5 Grip, which means you have good control, but the lower Braking and Acceleration mean you’ll lose out when compared to the other two cars.
The Carozella Mark 2 also features a top speed of 162 kmph (101 mph), 96 kW of Power, and weighs about 1030 Kg. You also get access to this vehicle in Chapter 7, which is quite a bit later into the game. As such, the other two vehicles mentioned are clearly superior. However, if you really like the Carozella Mark 2 in Mafia: The Old Country, you should go for it.
