How Many Players Can Play Together In Dying Light 2?
Upto 4 Players can play co-op together in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Cross-generation co-op is also available, meaning players on PS4 can play with players on PS5, same for Xbox consoles.
But there is no actual cross-play or cross-platform. So, PC, PlayStation, and Xbox players cannot play with each other. This can be a dealbreaker for some groups of friends that play on various platforms rather than the same one.
How Good Is Co-Op In Dying Light 2?
Co-op can be fun in this game with each player having a unique loadout. But it is still the host that controls the story decisions and its events like choosing which faction you are going to support. If this doesn’t matter to you for co-op, then it shouldn’t be an issue.
Since these major story decisions drastically change the look of the city in some parts, it can be cool to join your friend’s lobby, who took a different division than yours, to see how their world looks compared to yours.
