Neowiz Games’ latest title pits you against many powerful bosses, one of them being the notorious Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P boss. Residing near the Estella Opera House, the Mad Clown Puppet helps you with honing your skills and farming the rare Quartz.
The Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P boss has one of the largest enemy health bars and can attack with some hard-hitting punches if not dodged in time. If you are looking for this puppet and trying to find the perfect way to eliminate it, here is how to do it.
Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P: Boss Location
The Mad Clown Puppet can be found guarding the area in front of the Estella Opera House near Rosa Isabelle Street. There will be piles of burning bodies on both sides of the uphill street and a few stray enemies with weapons that induce fire damage. You can take the Attribute Purification Ampoule amulet with you for fire protection.
Make sure to get rid of any mobs near the area before attempting to fight the clown puppet so that you can fully focus on the boss without getting distracted by smaller enemies.
All Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P Attacks
Although the Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P boss does not have any phases during battle, it does have multiple attacks which can be difficult to dodge. His attacks include:
- One-Two Punch – The mad clown boss throws punches at you while alternating his right and left puppet arms.
- Uppercut Punch – He throws an uppercut punch attack which can be easily dodged or blocked using your guard skills.
- Belly Thrust – The belly thrust attack is where the giant clown lunges at you with his belly which can knock you over upon impact. It’s best to dodge this attack altogether.
- Arm Twirl – The clown puppet has the ability to extend his arms, and using the arm twirl move he swings them in a fast motion, knocking things in close proximity. Maintaining a safe distance will help you avoid this attack.
- Smash – Dealing a heavy damage upon impact, the smash attack is where the boss usually smashes his fists in the ground. You must avoid this attack by dodging.
- Ranged Punch – The ranged punch is where he throws his punch by extending his arms. You need to distance yourself and step away from the direction of the punch to avoid this attack.
- Fury Attack – Enraged enemies become red and attack with fury. The mad clown’s fury attack consists of punches engulfed in fury for a more deadly combination. This attack cannot be dodged but can be countered with a Perfect Guard.
The boss also focuses on you and follows you for quite a long distance. This can be advantageous, and you can lure him out to a safer location that doesn’t have scalding fire on both sides of the street.

Best Strategies to Beat the Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P
Method 1
In this method, you can lure out the mad clown to a safer location and then start throwing your thermites and throwing cells. This combo reacts with the enemy and makes it overheat which in turn causes it to malfunction and stagger. Then you can easily perform some heavy hits to take it down.
Method 2
The grindstone method is where you charge your weapon with a grindstone while blocking the boss’s attacks. This will eventually cause the Mad Clown Puppet Lies of P boss to stagger and stall for a solid 20 seconds, giving you enough time for some charged attacks. Rinse and repeat this process a couple of times and voila! The boss is completely destroyed.
You can also go for the old-fashioned method and dodge its attack while attacking at perfect opportunities with your greatsword or dagger. This method may take longer but helps with practicing your moves for future fights.
