All Quartz Locations In Lies Of P

Quartz in Lies of P is a loot item obtained from defeating bosses, completing side quests, and unlocking secrets. This resource is important to progress through the game’s skill tree by using the P-Organ. Besides, in order to unlock a wide variety of buffs ranging from attack damage, stagger moves, and even lowered shop prices, Quartz is essential. It is also required for switching play styles.

Finding Quartz at all locations successfully unlocks the Extreme Potential achievement/trophy.

Note: Before trying to use Quartz, you need to free Geppetto and unlock the P-Organ first.

How To Find Quartz In All Of The Locations In Lies Of P

Workshop Union Entrance

You will need to defeat Puppet of the Future boss at this location to obtain Quartz. Once you slay the enemy, he will drop valuable Quartz which you can use to upgrade your P-Organ. If you are struggling to beat him, check out our Puppet of the Future boss battle guide.

Workshop Union Culvert 

To get the Quartz located here, you need the respective Trinity Key. Check out our Trinity key Locations guide to obtain the required key.

1. Once you have the Trinity Key, you need to traverse past the tunnel.
2. Now, you will find a hallway. Move ahead in a straight direction to find Black Cat and Red Fox.
3. Keep going until you find a huge red pipe. Turn right and look for a door with the Trinity Symbol.
4. Open it with a Trinity Key and find your Quartz inside the safe after you slash it open with your favorite Lies of P weapon.

St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel/Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard

1. Get to the room where you find spinning cogs. You need to climb on top of the room.
2. Once you do, drop the brazier which clears out the decay.
3. Now return to the bottom of the room. Find a passage and you will find a cryptic chest inside it. Break it open to get a clue.
4. Get to Krat Hotel and decipher the clue with the help of Venigni.
5. After that, head back to the house on Elysion Boulevard. Take the elevator down and you will find a puppet which was referred to in the clue.
6. Launch a saw-toothed wheel at it and you will get the second clue.
7. After doing so, head back to the Stargazer and head to the House on Elysion Boulevard. Climb up to the top once again.
8. This time, some enemies will appear. Once you kill them, they will drop a piece of Quartz which you can gather.

St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel

1. In the cog room mentioned in the previous location, you will jump across the gap and see a door straight ahead.
2. Once you get through it, a mini-boss will jump down to the platform. Slay him to get another Quartz in your Lies of P playthrough.

Malum District

1. At this location, look for a rectangular space filled with enemies. Identifying it is simple because you will find Decay-throwing enemies at an elevation.
2. In the open building surrounded by crates will be a chest. Your Quartz is waiting for you inside it.

Malum District Town Hall

1. You first need to defeat the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood.
2. Now, go inside the hideout and look behind the counter to find a chest. Slash it open to retrieve Quartz.

Rosa Isabelle Street Culvert

1. Fast travel using the Stargazer and descend the sewers below.
2. You will then reach an intersection; go straight ahead.
3. Descend to the hole below.
4. Slay the enemies ahead and keep going until you reach a chest.
5. Destroy it to find your Lies of P Quartz.

Hotel Krat

You can buy Quartz at Polendina’s Shop. To do so, you need to expand his shop by finding the Sturdy Krat Supply box at the Grand Exhibition Gallery. 

Estella Opera House Entrance

To find the Quartz here, you need the respective Trinity Key for the Trinity Key Sanctum.

1. Once you have the key, get to the room where there is a dangling chandelier.
2. Drop down and turn around to find a Trinity Sanctum close by.
3. Open the Sanctum door using the key to get the Quartz. 

Barren Swamp

Once you fast travel using Stargazer, you will find the Broken Puppet. You will be asked to perform certain gestures and when you do, you will get your Quartz. The other two Quartz pieces are dropped by the two Puppets of the Future when you successfully defeat them.

Krat Central Station Platform

Go to the Stargazer, turn left, and descend to the decayed area to find a chest. You will be able to find some Quartz inside it.

Barren Swamp Bridge – Hermit’s Cave

1. Talk to Hugo, who will be beside the gate just behind the Stargazer.
2. He will give you two items that you can take and get them to Vengini at Hotel Krat.
3. Once you get the Special Krat Supply box at the Collapsed Workshop Tower, expand Polendina’s shop and buy the Rusty Cryptic vessel. Hand it to Vengini and get to Hugo again.
4. The door will now be open. Now get to the rooftop and move down to find a treasure chest that contains the Quartz.
5. Another piece of Quartz can be found here at the end of Hermit’s cave, inside a safe.

Krat Central Station Street

You can get Quartz here by defeating the Parade Master.

Relic of Trismegistus Entrance

Once you defeat the Black Rabbit Brotherhood, you can obtain the Lies of P Quartz.

Arche Abbey Outer Wall

1. Reach a room which contains two beams in the middle.
2. Continue down to the bottom floor and find the last Trinity Sanctum.
3. Access it, speak with Arlecchino, and get the item. You will get it regardless of the fact that you speak the truth or choose to lie.

Arche Abbey Broken Rift

1. Explore the area and you will encounter two sword-wielding enemies on a staircase.
2. Get on the ladder which is just beside the second one.
3. Follow the path and be wary of the traps set here.
4. You will encounter a gigantic wooden Pinocchio toy. Once you kill it, you will get Quartz.

Ascension Bridge

Get to the screaming enemy, kill it, and take the Quartz from the chest behind it.

Arche Abbey Upper Part – Internal Bridge

Defeat the elite Disruption enemy you find in your path and collect the Quartz it drops.
