Like other ARPGs, No Rest for the Wicked too hides many riches behind locked doors across the map. One such door is the storage room, which can only be unlocked if you can find the Storage Room Key. But, with the top-down camera view of the game and the dimly lit atmosphere of Mariner’s Keep, locating the key can be quite a tough ordeal.
Storage Room Key Location in No Rest for the Wicked
The storage room key will be next to a body that can be found on the left side of the Mariner’s Keep stronghold in No Rest for the Wicked. Once you reach the top-most part of the stronghold, go to the left side and drop down to a smaller platform.
After jumping down, you will find a dead body with a glowing item next to it. Pick up the item which will be revealed as the Storage Room Key and head to the storage room to unlock it. Also, remember to just into the water from the key location, as you won’t be able to find a way back to the stronghold entrance from the platform.
Note: All important items will glow blue from a distance indicating their importance.

Storage Room Location in No Rest for the Wicked
To find the storage room, go back to the Mariner’s Keep campfire and then head up the stairs on the right and past the bonfire of carts. Once you pass another broken-down cart and some enemies, you will find a little entrance that leads to the locked Storage Room door. Unlock the door to loot everything inside.
You will find a chest with an assortment of miscellaneous items (RNG for all players) that usually includes a food item recipe, and you will also find a glowing blue orb that indicates the Copper Shovel location.
The copper shovel is one of the most useful melee you can get early game. So, make sure to grab that once you unlock the storage room door. Also, keep in mind that the bonfire of carts area might have a few powerful enemies if you haven’t taken care of them already.
