Community Creations is a huge part of the WWE games as players can create their versions of wrestlers and share them with the community. However, WWE 2K24’s Community Creations section has been prone to crashing recently, especially for the Xbox Series X/S. 2K responded with a temporary solution to the problem. How Do I Fix The WWE 2K24 “Community Creations Crashing” Bug?
A moderator for 2K has said that making a new Gamertag should fix the issue for Xbox Series X|S users. Here are the steps to creating a new Xbox Gamertag or profile for the console.
- Navigate to the main menu of your Xbox console and press the Xbox button.
- Find the Profile and Systems Tab.
- Click on Add or Switch.
- Log In or Sign Up with a new Microsoft Account.
- Once done, log back into WWE 2K24 and see if the Community Creations tab is working or not.
Note: This is a temporary workaround. 2K has yet to give a permanent solution to this problem.
Other Solutions That Might Work
Clearing the cache for the game has fixed the issue for some players. 2K usually asks players to do so when a game crashes.
Also, Make sure that you also have a seamless internet connection. An unstable internet connection is known to cause crashes in WWE 2K24.
