Palworld has multiple biomes with different Pals but also different resources you can potentially mine. Pure Quartz is one of those rare minerals that require some effort to get your hands on.

How To Find Pure Quartz In Palworld
Pure Quartz can be found and mined with a pickaxe in the northern parts of the map in Palworld, known as the Astral Mountains. You will need the Cold Resistant Pelt Armor to withstand the freezing temperatures of these mountains.
Try making a base either near these mountains or within it. I suggest “near” because if you build one inside it, then you will also have to make sure it is warm enough inside the base or you and the Pals working within it will be too cold to do anything.

How To Craft Cold Resistant Pelt Armor In Palworld
Cold Resistant Pelt Armor can be crafted from the High Quality Workbench after unlocking it via the Technology tree at player Level 18. Here are the items required to craft it:
- Leather x15
- Ice Organ x4
Both Leather and Ice Organs can be obtained by killing or capturing certain pals that drop them. You can check what Pals drop it from the list of Pals in the Paldeck.
