Cliffs of Abaddon is a section in the map Stellaris Prime, and it offers the player a Shrine to complete in the form of puzzles. The objective of the puzzle is to open all the doors and get through the facility by discovering boxes and putting them on pressure plates to open the door. It consists of 3 levels, and this guide will show you how to find all the boxes necessary and open the doors to complete this challenge!
Preparing for Cliffs of Abaddon Shrine
To start this puzzle course you will need the Remote Drone Controller as well as the Magnetic Fork.
Go to Savannah Lake on Quasadron IX and start the mission called ‘The Lower PH The Better’. Head towards the pointer and defeat the Sluggators. Drop down using your Stomp Boost and stagger and capture the Alpha Sluggator. Research this creature back at your base and gather enough materials (375 silicon, 425 aluminium, and 550 carbon) to make the Blight Bomb Stabiliser. You can melt the amber with the stabiliser and climb the central rock formation to Florian’s Fuchsia Festivus. To locate the last supply crate with the Remote Drone Controller, traverse challenging platforming and arrive at the Summit. You will spot the crate along with a teleporter in the distance!

Starting the Cliffs of Abaddon Shrine

At this point in the map, use your Magfork to throw the crystal towards a breakable wall at the corner. Once you enter that area, you’ll see a platform, shielded by a cascading green laser barrier like The Matrix, with a biohazard symbol.

Use your remote control drone to get past this wall and plug EKO into the machine to the left. Upon plugging in, it will drop the wall, and you can safely get onto the platform.
Room 1

In the first puzzle, there is a pressure plate in the middle and standing on it will open the door. However, once you get off, the door will close without giving you any time to cross. This is where the puzzle begins! Head left from the pressure plate and you’ll see a wall of Beetle Faeces. Break the wall, get the cube behind it and place it onto the pressure plate. It will open the door, and you will have successfully cleared the first room!
Room 2

From the entrance of the room, you’ll see a Bombegranate, grab it, and use it to destroy the floor on the other side of the room. It will let you drop down into a hexagonal walkway, where you’ll find a Lava Goo dispenser. Use the lava goo to destroy the webs next to the Bombegranate and get your first crate! Drop down with the crate, and as you turn right, you’ll see stairs leading up to a room, which has the pressure plate and the door to progress.

Place the current box there, and jump opposite the stairs, you’ll see an elevated walkway leading towards a door protected by webs. Use the lava goo to destroy all the webs in the room, and the 2nd box will drop as well. Bring it back towards the pressure plate, and the door will open!
Room 3

The 3rd puzzle is where EKO shines! As you enter the room, break the wall of faeces to the right and stand on the pressure plate. Then control EKO and move towards the left of the entrance and follow the neon signs until you see a plug point. Plug EKO in, and it will drop a crate on the opposite side of the outlet. Place the box where you were standing and go inside the room you sent EKO to. Upon looking down, you’ll see another area. Break the faeces and drop down to spot a giant crystal.

Take the giant crystal back to the main room and break the area above the image of a glowing Magfork. This will drop another crate to the main room. Bring this crate to the pressure plate of the main door to progress, from the right of the entrance. Then take the crate you had placed to open the crystal door, and put it in the pressure plate of the main door. Congratulations! You have solved all 3 levels of the Cliffs of Abaddon Shrine, The Shine of Pressure!
