In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, records are scattered across the world. Some are easy to find, others are hidden in unexpected spots. If you’re going for the Connoisseur achievement or just want to uncover all the hidden lore, this guide shows you exactly where to grab them all. Let’s dive in!
All Music Record Locations
Lumiere
You have two chances to obtain this record. The first one is during the prologue, by defeating the mime miniboss.
Goblu
After defeating the Gestral called Goblu in Flying Waters, open up the world map. In The Continent, you can find a merchant called ‘Blabary’ west of the Ancient Sanctuary, who sells the record for x1000 Chroma.
Nocturne pour un masque de tristesse
Interact with four switches inside the Manor’s dining hall. A secret compartment opens in the room beside the fireplace. Enter it and search the wooden crates to find the record hidden in one.
Gustave
Once Act II kicks off, use Esquie to swim back to Stone Wave Cliffs. As soon as you enter, turn left and follow the path along the cliff to see the record at the end.
Lights of the Past
Early in the story, you will get the ability to crush rocks. You can use it to get to the Ancient Gestral City as shown in the map above, and collect the record.
Un 33 Décembre À Lumière
Using the same crush ability mentioned previously, you can also get to the Twilight Quarry.
Aline’s Glasshouse
Once you’ve beaten the Glaise boss and entered the Lost Woods, take the staircase near the entrance. The record is waiting at the top.
Renoir
From the Manor Gardens flag, keep going east until you find a green, slimy wall with a tilted door. It leads into the bathroom, where the record’s sitting on the sink inside.
Our Painted Family
Navigate to the northeastern tip of the Continent, just past Ancient Gestral City. Use Esquie to swim across the water to find a portal leading to The Meadows.
Honeymoon in Lumiere
Swim southwest from the Crushing Cavern to reach the island that takes you to the White Tree.
Reverence
You can find a region called Blades’ Graveyard south of Forgotten Battlefield. Defeat the enemies inside and go through the portal to find the collectible.
Alicia’s Birthday Party
This time, head east of the Forgotten Battlefield, towards an island named Boat Graveyard.
Lost Voice
South of Moncoco’s Station, you’ll spot a merchant named Strabami who has the record available for purchase.
Robe de Jour
On the island shown in the location above, you will find another merchant called Rederi who sells the record.
Verso
From the Anger Vale flag, drop down and follow the path until you see a cave on your right. Keep following the path until you hit another slanted door that takes you into the Manor. The record is resting near the piano.
Lettre à Maelle
After beating the first Axon, choose to “Check Up on Others”. Watch the cutscene, and the record will be your reward.
Note: This is only possible if you have obtained Relationship Level 4 with Maelle.
L’Amour d’une Mère
From the Tainted Battlefield flag, go north until you come to a crossroads. Turn west until you reach a manor door with the record inside.
Children of Lumiere
After you get the ability to fly, you can access the Sacred River. Here, you will meet a Gestral named Citrelo who sells the record.
Aline
You can obtain this record by visiting White Sands Island, located east of the world map.
Linen and Cotton
This record can be bought from merchant Rubiju, located at the Isles of the Eyes.
Forlon
Fly to the location shown above, in the southeast portion of the world map. Here, you will see a door that leads to the Manor. Head inside and go through the walk-in closet to spot the record.
Le Grand Café de Lumiere
Go to the region called The Carousel, situated between Sacred River and Frozen Hearts. Once you enter, go straight and turn left into the first cave to find the record.
Nocturne Pour Lumiere
Begin at the entrance to the Sinister Cave. Take the right-hand route and continue forward until you find two grapple points — one going up and another behind you for a horizontal cross. Use the second, continue on the left path, and eventually you’ll drop through a hole in the ground. The record will be lying there.
Rêveries dans Paris
This record is also located in a region only accessible after getting the fly ability. Go to the flying casino until you reach the Gestral that rewards the Lumiere outfit for Monoco. Go right from the entrance of that building to find the record.
Alicia
After Esquie learns how to destroy coral reefs, cross the river east of the Painting Workshop to reach the brown terrain. From Resinveil Grove flag, take the path east through the opening ahead. Use the ropes to descend, then head forward to a cave with an upside-down statue. A nearby door leads to a Manor room where the record sits on the desk.
Until Next Life
Complete the quest given to you by Young Boy, located near the Resinveil Grove flag in the Falling Leaves region.
Clea! Don’t Pull Your Sister’s Hair!
From the Glacial Falls flag, go take the path leading north and go down a rope. Proceed through the manor door beside the Gestral miniboss to enter a room full of artifacts and the record.
Endless Light
In the Renoir’s Drafts region, follow the ramp down and make a sharp left. Continue forward until you find a grappling point surrounded by five large masks. Take it and follow through to see the record inside the mouth of a statue.
Sciel
Reach relationship level 6 with Sciel.
Lune
Reach relationship level 6 with Lune.
Monoco
Reach relationship level 6 with Monoco.
Clea
Complete all the trial stages in the Endless Tower.
Lumiere
This is the second chance to obtain the very first record in the game. In the Opera House, the record is in the right side of the room, just past the giant spectre playing piano.

Awarded as battle loot for defeating the final boss of the main campaign.
