Tending, fertilizing, and maintaining the quality of your crops in Stardew Valley can be a bit costly if you’re just starting out in the game. However, there is a certain sapling that can ease all your money problems. Tea Saplings are one the most profitable early game items you can find which sells for a lot of coins even before harvesting them.
How Do I Get Tea Sapling In Stardew Valley?
You can get the Tea Sapling crafting recipe from Caroline after you improve friendship with her to two hearts. After that, you will receive the recipe in your mailbox the next morning and will be able to craft as many tree saplings as you want in Stardew Valley.
If haven’t talked to Caroline yet and want to increase the hearts as quickly as possible, all you have to do is start interacting with her every day and gift her Daffodils twice every week. This will speed up the friendship process and you’ll be able to get the sapling recipe in no time.
When Caroline’s friendship has two hearts, you need to head to the sunroom inside her house between 9 AM and 5 PM and trigger the heart event cutscene. Finally, after Caroline has revealed all her sunroom secrets, you will be able to get the recipe in your mail the next morning.
Note: Make sure the day you visit the sunroom is a non-rainy day to trigger the heart event.
Tree Saplings can also be bought from the Travelling Cart, but since the items in the Cart are always random, you might not get them when you need.
