While Ready Or Not lets single players fully enjoy the game by adding AI teammates to their squads, a team of five or four players often needs more than one teammate, making their lobby incomplete. Can I Add AI Teammate In Ready Or Not Coop?
Unfortunately, as of right now, you cannot add an AI teammate to your Coop squad in Ready Or Not. AI teammates are only available for solo players of the game. However, the devs at VOID Interactive have stated that they plan to include an AI squad for Coop in the future.
They claim that the AI teammates are not quite ready to be featured in Coop, and the team is currently testing the waters with AI enemies in the game.

How To Add AI Teammate In Ready Or Not Solo
If you still want to experience playing with AI, you can always solo run a mission and control your AI teammates using commands. To start a solo mission, just select single-player at the mission selection menu and start your solo journey.
You will be able to control your AI squad with the help of the Commander Mode and command them using a list that pops up when you click your mouse scroll wheel. You will also be able to control each individual AI or the group as a whole using these commands.
