There is no co-op mode in Blood West; it is a single-player sim like the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It is slow-paced and methodical where careful planning and precise decisions matter the most. The gameplay and enemies are designed around a single real player rather than multiple.
It also plays more like a single-player RPG with NPCs that you can find for quests, scavenging of resources and items, and also a perk and skill-based character progression. You will go through a narrative of three episodes with over 20 hours of gameplay as you explore areas like canyons, swamps, and mountains to uncover the secrets of the barren lands.

Does Blood West Have A PvP Multiplayer Mode?
Blood West does not have multiplayer. Although it is inspired by the likes of Hunt Showdown which is a horror PvPvE extraction shooter, Blood Hunt aims at bringing the same type of gameplay in a single-player experience.
Will Blood West Have A Multiplayer Mode In The Future?
Blood West was built from the ground up as a single-player retro shooter and currently has no plans to add multiplayer or co-op in the game. Fans of the game like the fact that it lets you have a similar experience to Hunt Showdown but in a single-player game instead of having to face other players.
