Does Last Epoch Have A DPS Meter?
No, Last Epoch does not have a DPS Meter that shows how much damage you deal. This is an intended design choice from the developers. So, it is unlikely that it will be added in future updates either.
The reason for not having a DPS meter is because of the toxicity that comes with it. Players often fixate on the DPS meter to find the most broken possible builds and the game then shifts to a meta that only values DPS. Anything that produces less than the meta DPS will not be used.

This is far from the truth when it comes to general gameplay—a build that does not do high amounts of DPS can still be better overall than a high DPS build. A build can deal high amounts of damage but at a slow rate.
It is true that with a DPS meter, you would see YouTube videos and guides only about the highest DPS builds which would be annoying. So, the lack of a DPS meter in Last Epoch might just be a blessing in disguise.
