Lies Of P: Red Fox Boss Fight Guide

It is not very often that you come across an NPC in a game that can also be fought with as a boss. Well, Lies of P Red Fox is one such character. Although, you don’t get to fight her as a regular boss in the early or mid-stage of the game.

Red Fox in Lies of P can be encountered at various points in time as she seems to be an NPC stalker that comes in handy on certain missions. She is also usually found with her brother known as Black Cat. Here’s what you need to do to defeat Lies of P Red Fox boss.

How to win against Lies of P Red Fox

You might not think much of her as an enemy when you first encounter Red Fox along with her brother Black Cat at the Workshop Union Culvert Stargazer.

Initially, you will find her and Black Cat helping you out on your various questlines, fighting enemies alongside you as you progress through the game. But later on in the game when you reach Arche Abbey in the last chapter, you will get an option of fighting her as a mini-boss.

However, don’t undermine her in the slightest for being a low-class fighter as she has got some serious skills. So here is how to beat Lies of P Red Fox:

As the fight begins, make sure to maintain adequate distance from Red Fox when she spins her sword.
Dealing direct damage from the sword can cause serious health decline. Make sure you have The Pulse Cell in adequate amounts to regenerate your health bar.
The best possible option is to defend from her attacks as much as possible until she finally rests for a few seconds.

During her resting phase of a few seconds is the best time to attack and cause serious damage with multiple combo blows and special attacks at your disposal.
Another best attack option is to stab her in the back, which can prove to be a bit difficult when trying to find an opening due to her agility and speed. However, that attack can do wonders, causing some serious damage to her health.
