Starting your very own farm in Stardew Valley can be exciting, but as you expand, you will need some upgrades. For farmhouse upgrades, you would need stone, furniture, wood, etc. sold by Robin, the carpenter.
Where to Find Robin’s Carpenter Shop in Stardew Valley
The Carpenter Shop in Stardew Valley is found north of Pelican Town in the Mountain area, which is also the home of Robin, the shop owner. The shop is open from 9 am to 5 pm in-game time and is closed on Tuesdays and after 4 pm on Fridays.
Keep in mind that Robin’s house is always open even if the shop is closed, except for when it rains because Robin goes to Pierre’s General Store to exercise. It is also closed on Summer 18 because Robin goes to Harvey’s Clinic.

Not only does Robin sell things like wood, stone, etc. but also provides resources for construction like clay, hardwood, stone, fiber, and wood. When you purchase Farmhouse building upgrades from her, the construction will start the next day unless it is a festival day.
Most upgrade construction procedures last for at least two days after you purchase them. But also remember that once Robin is at your Farmhouse working on construction, the shop will remain closed until the construction is completed. So make sure you do not need anything else for those two days.
