Edge Rushers can be the difference of a win and a loss in Madden NFL 26. When you know the 10 best, you know who to trade for when you play the game.
These players are tasked with disrupting the backfield, forcing hurried throws from Quarterbacks and making sure the opposing Offensive Linemen are always on their toes, which in turn helps out the Cornerbacks in coverage. A few athletes in the top 10 came with little prior hype. We don’t have much background on them, but we can still offer a brief introduction and thankfully, their stats are there.

10 – Will Anderson Jr

Will Anderson Jr. was born in 2001 and is a football outside linebacker and defensive end for the Houston Texans. He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide and was an All-American.
Anderson Jr. was named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and has been selected for the American Conference Pro Bowl. He’s a pretty notable player and a lot is likely coming from him soon.

Josh Hines-Allen was born in 1997 and is a defensive end and linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played college football at Kentucky and was an All-American.
Hines-Allen has been selected for the American Conference Pro Bowl. He is from Montclair, New Jersey, and has been open about having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Hunter played college football for the LSU Tigers. He is a Jamaican immigrant to the United States and has been selected for the National Conference Pro Bowl.

Aidan Hutchinson was born in 2000 and is a defensive end for the Detroit Lions. He played college football for the Michigan Wolverines, where he was an All-American.
Hutchinson was the second overall pick in the NFL Draft. He has been selected for the National Conference Pro Bowl. He is originally from Plymouth, Michigan, and has Swiss and Swiss-Italian heritage.

Nick Bosa was born in 1997 and is a football player who does well every week. He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

T.J. Watt was born in 1994 and is a linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college football at Wisconsin. Watt was a first-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. He has earned multiple distinctions, including being named NFL Defensive Player of the Year and being selected for the American Conference Pro Bowl.
He comes from the famous “Watt family,” known for their football success, and has brothers who also played football. Watt was named the Steelers’ Team MVP in 2020.

Maxx Crosby was born in 1997 and is a defensive end for the Las Vegas Raiders. He played college football for the Eastern Michigan Eagles. Crosby was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 2019.
He has been recognized for his performance with a selection to the American Conference Pro Bowl. Crosby is also known for his roles as a college football general manager and a former coach for the Eastern Michigan Eagles football team.

Micah Parsons was born in 1999 and is a linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Penn State, where he was also an All-American. Parsons was selected 12th overall in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
He has received significant recognition in the NFL, including winning a professional Butkus Award. Parsons has been chosen for the National Conference Pro Bowl. He also works as a sports podcaster.

Myles Garrett was born in 1995 and is a defensive end who plays for the Cleveland Browns. He played college football at Texas A&M, where he was named an All-American. Garrett was the first overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Throughout his professional career, he has earned many honors, including being named NFL Defensive Player of the Year and being selected multiple times for the American Conference Pro Bowl. In 2023, Garrett bought a minority ownership stake in the Cleveland Cavaliers and became an ambassador for the NBA team.
In 2021, he set a Browns team record with 4.5 sacks in a single game. He was ranked 98th on the 2024 NFL Top 100 list. He’s the top ER to look out for in Madden NFL 26.
