According to the leaker, the Twisted Metal game will be free-to-play and would be featured exclusively for PS5. He also made predictions about the mysterious DS2 by Kojima Production, saying that it is not Death Stranding 2, a sequel for Kojima’s last production, but an entirely new title that will be revealed for the first time during this event.
Furthermore, he also predicts that Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will make it’s PS5 debut and feature a new ending, unseen before in the classic console versions. It’s also being said that Capcom’s Pragmata will be revealed in the showcase, along with a gameplay footage trailer.
Reveal of Mortal Kombat 1 is certainly a highlight of the upcoming PlayStation showcase, and the leaker predicts that Kratos will be added in the game’s roster as a guest character, however, he will only make an appearance in the PS5 version of the game. It’s quite possible that Kratos will not be available as a playable character for gamers using PC, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox versions of the game.
Predicting the releases of several titles supposed to be revealed in the PlayStation showcase, A vg fan states that The Last of Us Factions will be launching this year, while the Final Fantasy Rebirth release has been postponed till next year, releasing possibly in mid 2024.
