How to Get Test Rewards in The First Descendant
The rewards will be in your character’s mailbox if you have participated in the Steam Beta Test or the Crossplay Open Beta Test of The First Descendant. Here is how you can claim your rewards:
- Launch the game with the same platform ID that you used during the test
- Go to Albion (Hub) and then find the Mailbox bot standing nearby to the spawn point
- Open your Mail section and claim all rewards based on your progress in the tests

You will get different rewards for reaching certain milestones based on which test you played and how much you progressed in each of them.
Here are all the rewards you can get for each test
October 2022 Steam Beta Test Rewards
- All Participants: High Five emote
- Completed Void Intercept Battle (Frost Walker): Frost Walker Hunter, “Groundbreaking” Prefix Title, and “Explorer” Suffix Title
September 2023 Crossplay Open Beta Test Rewards
- All Participants: Send Heart emote
- Reached Descendant level 20: Bear Cub back Attachment
- Cleared Hard Mode Void Intercept Battle: Passion spawn effect
- Participated in Survey: Bunny head skin “Trendsetter”
If you have not received your rewards in the Mailbox, try progressing through the tutorial missions first. It can also be the case that you are not using the same platform ID as the one you used during the Steam Beta or the Crossplay Open Beta, so make sure you double-check that before claiming your test rewards in The First Descendant.
