Pax Dei is in Early Access, which means it’s not finished yet, but you can still try it out before it’s officially done. Joining Early Access is simple, but you’ll need to be ready to do a few things. We’ll show you how to do it below.
Pax Dei – How To Get Early Access
To play Pax Dei early, you need to buy a Founder’s Pack. There are three types: Journeyman, Artisan, and Master. Each one gives you different things, like slots for characters, special item recipes, and access to special areas on the creator’s Discord server. No matter which one you pick, all Founder’s Packs let you play Pax Dei anytime during Early Access, which will probably go on until at least June 2025.

There are two ways to purchase a Founder’s Pack:
- Visit the official Pax Dei website and navigate to the “Early Access” section.
- If you prefer using Steam, you can also purchase a Founder’s Pack for a Steam key. Once you receive the key via email, follow the instructions to activate it on Steam. The Pax Dei game will then be downloadable through your Steam library.
Remember that Pax Dei is still being worked on, so you might find some problems and things that aren’t finished. The people making the game will make changes and add new stuff while it’s still being tested. Sometimes, everything in the game, like the world and your progress, might be completely restarted to make big changes. The people making the game will try to make these restarts happen as little as possible, and will only reset specific parts of the game when they can.
The cost for the complete game release after Early Access hasn’t been decided yet. However, it’s likely that you’ll need to pay once to get the main game and then pay regularly, depending on how much land you want to keep in the game.
By becoming a Founder, you’ll help build Pax Dei and get special perks in the beginning. To learn more about Early Access, Founder’s Packs, or the game, visit the Pax Dei website or their official channels.
