Darkest Dungeon 2 was released on May 8, and players have already started enjoying the sequel RPG by Red Hook Studios. Gamers are burning the midnight oil to beat the game as quickly as possible.
It takes about 9 and a half hours on average to complete Darkest Dungeon 2’s main story, according to polls on HowLongToBeat. If you are a completionist, it will take you about 21-22 hours to finish the whole game, including all the side missions.
There are multiple bosses in the game that will take up a lot of your time, depending on the difficulty level you select. The last boss, called Body of Work, in Act 5 of Chapter 5 will require a greater level of skill and time to beat.
Other challenging bosses in Darkest Dungeon 2 include Shambler and Seething Sigh. Defeating Shambler is not going to be easy if you haven’t assembled a team. To defeat Shambler, you must deal with a lot of Blight and other kinds of damage in a short period of time while keeping your team’s health high. The more tentacles the boss spawns, the more destruction it will inflict on your whole team if you can’t defeat it quickly enough. The same goes for Seething Sigh.
