Last Epoch had already patched an update dedicated to multiplayer access in the past. Now that the game is nearing its full release, gamers are curious whether version 1.0 will still have the multiplayer feature.
Is There Multiplayer In Last Epoch?
Yes, Last Epoch has multiplayer. You and three of your friends can form a party to roam around the landscapes of Eterra and fight monsters lurking nearby.

To access Multiplayer in Last Epoch, select “Play Online” in the game menu to get into a multiplayer lobby. You can either host a lobby yourself or join your friends to play together. If the game spawns you in a random location, use the portal to teleport to your friend instead. Gifting is enabled in multiplayer so that you can exchange items with your friends and gift them their desired weapons and gears.
Last Epoch’s multiplayer mode also implements shared XP amongst your friends, but the XP range is a bit on the shorter side. You will have to stick close to your group if you want to get the experience from all their fights, explorations, etc. This makes leveling up pretty easy in the game, and your party can level up to 85 without much hassle.
Hosting a total of three other players in your lobby can cause ping issues for you and your friends. So, make sure the host of the lobby has a decent internet connection, otherwise desync error will cause your characters to glitch throughout the maps.
